Enhance Notification Delivery Options

Give the Manager more flexibility with and control over the notification emails that are sent to Members. Currently, there are 4 notification options for Members: Hourly, Daily, Weekly or None. Hourly emails are sent at the top of each hour and contain messages that started in the past hour. Daily is sent everyday at 4pm Eastern Time and contains messages that started in the past 1 day. Weekly emails are sent every Tuesday at 4pm Eastern time.

Add more granularity to Notification email delivery options: 
• Daily - managers can specify the hour of day 
• Weekly - managers can select day of week and hour of day 
• (new option) Twice Weekly" - managers can select first and second day of week and hour of day 

Members will have the option to select the new Twice Weekly option in their Settings.

    This would be a great enhancement. Our emails seem to be delivered after 5 PM ET, when most of our employees have left for the day. By the time they come in the next day, it's already buried in their email inbox. We have had a few complaints from program participants that they would like a reminder earlier in the day. The more we can react to their feedback, the more they will participate in employee advocacy. Thanks for considering!

    This would definitely be a useful enhancement. We've gotten feedback from members that by the time they see the notification, they are leaving the office for the day and just choose not to participate. I would like more flexibility in when these notifications are sent.
